IS THERE INTEREST FOR MULTIPLE PAYMENTS? HOW CAN I REACH YOU? CAN I SEE THE WORK BEFORE I BUY IT? Yes you can. We understand that the internet represents a wonderful opportunity for artists to find collectors beyond their natural market place. But, the purchase of serious fine art is not like purchasing small gifts or services or even prints. We know that you need to see the work, check it out, live with it, play with framing or just "see how it works." CAN YOU SHIP ME THE WORK ON APPROVAL? The Nevsky invites you to take any work on approval. If you are serious about what you see, we will risk separating ourselves from the work entrusted to us. . . if you will cover the cost of shipping and handling and insurance by providing us with a credit card. After we have determined the most cost effective and least expensive manner of shipment, we will charge the account for those expenses and receive authorization for a purchase in the event the work is not received back after two weeks (or other prearranged period). If you like the work, we will take the charge against the authorization. We will then deduct the shipping and handling and insurance charges from the final price, sending you a final Bill of Sale. CAN I RETURN THE WORK IF I DO NOT LIKE IT? If the work does not meet your needs, return it to us, prepaid, again at your own expense. To make this happen simply order the piece of fine art using our shopping cart. However, in the comment section indicate that you are taking the work "on approval" as outlined in the "Making it Happen Program." Indicate the date when the work will be returned. As part of the cart operation you will leave with us all of the other information for sending the work. CAN I MAKE SEVERAL PAYMENTS OVER EXTENDED PERIOD? We are flexible. We will work with you to charge your account in installments depending on the price of the work. Three, four, or even more charges, as mutually agreed. IS THERE INTEREST FOR MULTIPLE PAYMENTS? There will be no interest charges from us . . . only from your credit card company! Call us toll-free and talk about your interests and needs. We will "make it happen." We promise.
