Hudson-Neva has created a unique all-occasion registry, which would allow a registrant to select desired items for special events.

The HNE registry functions as follows: 

1. After registering, Hudson-Neva will send the registrant (coordinator/contact)a catalogue listing form and contact the registrant (or principal coordinator/contact) by email and/or by phone to learn more about the special event, specifically to create an individualized web-page with information about the registrant, the event and the catalogue of registry items. In the initial registration the registrant (or coordinator/contact) can search the entire Hudson-Neva site and select those items (and quantities) for the gift catalogue. Hudson-Neva will create a unique address on our site, a page known only to the registrant's guests. 

2. Hudson-Neva will provide cards, which the registrant (or coordinator/contact) can distribute personally to guests. If email notification aid has been requested, Hudson-Neva will send the registrant (Coordinator/contact) an email listing form for email addresses. Once processed the Exchange will send out electronic notification to invited guests. 

3. To allow Hudson-Neva itself to participate in these special customer-related events, the Exchange will create a special customer appreciation account and credit the registrant with an additional 5% of all purchases made by guests; against these credits the registrant(s) may make additional purchases.
